01- When will I receive my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is sent to the email address you placed the order with as soon as your order is placed. Once we process your order and it is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation at that same email address.

02- When will my credit card be charged?

Once your order is placed, a pending charge will be placed to your credit card until payment is authorized by your banking institution.

03- Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We utilize secure verification services to ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure.

04- Are there any additional costs?

Please be aware that we are obligated to collect state sales tax in California. This amount is calculated towards the end of checkout.

05- How do I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

After an order is placed, you are unable to change the order and must contact our Customer Care team immediately. Keep in mind if your order has already been shipped, you will be unable to cancel the order until you receive it and it will then be treated as a return.

06- My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Before shipping your order, our warehouse team inspects all items to ensure they are in top condition. In the case you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

07- Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately all items purchased on sale are final sale.

01- What is a pre order?

Items we have listed on the site as “pre order” are exclusive items currently in development and will be available for purchase soon. These options will be limited in availability so placing an order will guarantee you will receive this exclusive item.

02- When will my credit card be charged for my pre order?

Once your order is placed, a charge will be placed to your credit card.

03- How do I change or cancel my pre order once it has been placed?

After a pre order is placed, you are unable to change or cancel the order. You will be able to return the item once you receive it and it will then be treated as a return.

04- What happens if the pre order item is cancelled?

While we are fully committed to offering all of the items we design and display on our website, unfortunately sometimes there are occurrences such as material shortages or minimums that prevents us from proceeding with development. Should the item you pre ordered become cancelled, your payment will be fully refunded to the credit card you used to purchase it with.

05- When will my pre order ship?

All pre order item ship dates are listed on their respective pages in the details section. Please be aware these dates are estimated based on development time. You will receive two email confirmations, one being a courtesy update and the other an order shipment confirmation with tracking number.
