Our Online Terms Of Business
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by JG Design Creative dba R3FORM ("R3FORM", "we" or "us") whose registered office is at 417 S Hill Street, Suite 202, Los Angeles, CA 90013. By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
Our Contract With You
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email your order confirmation, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will provide you with a refund for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
We will assign an order number to your order and you will be given this information by email when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
Our Products
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Providing The Products
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website when you place your order.
When we will ship the products. These details will be made available on the order confirmation page prior to submitting your order.
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control. If your shipment is delayed by an event outside our control then we will not be liable. Such events include inclement weather, holidays, and road closures prohibiting delivery due to local events.
If no one is available at your address to take the delivery (and if the products cannot be left in your mailbox or left in a secure place) our nominated carrier will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
If you do not collect the products from our nominated carrier as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from the nominated carrier's location, our nominated carrier will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite reasonable efforts, our nominated carrier is unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel the order and you will be refunded the full amount of the item purchased excluding all shipping fees.
Your Rights To Change Your Mind
You have 15 calendar days after the date of delivery to return the item you purchased (unworn and unused). See here for the process for returning products.
You shall be responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions, and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to do so.
Merchandise Exchange Policy
R3FORM does not provide exchanges for goods sold. All exchanges are processed as returns and you will need to purchase the item again unless the item is considered damaged- which we will replace with another of the same item if it is still in stock. If not in stock you will be refunded for the item(s).
Goods sold can be refunded if returned within 15 days from date of delivery.
No refund will be entertained if it is beyond the 15 day return time frame.
Refunds will only be entertained within 15 days from date of delivery.
Items that are damaged or used cannot be exchanged (we deserve the right to objectively determine whether the goods have been damaged or used).
Sale and Sample Closet items are considered final sale.
How To Cancel an Order
To cancel an order with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:
Email. Contact us by emailing customercare@r3form.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your phone number and email address.
Online. Complete the Contact Us form on our website.
If you cancel your order for any reason after products have been sent to you and you have received them, you must return them to us unworn and unused in their original packaging with all labels and tags in tact. Email us at customercare@r3form.com. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and you can post your products back to us at the following address:

If you believe the products are faulty, please contact customer care first before returning them. Customer care will then provide you with return shipping. We will inspect the products and, if we confirm that they are faulty due to manufacturer defects, we will refund the price of the products to you.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products (excluding delivery/shipping costs), by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price if returned items are visibly worn or damaged. Please make sure the item you are returning is in original unworn condition and in its original packaging (storage bag/pouch and shoe box for footwear) including all labels and tags. Should you choose to return your item using your own Postal method, note that you are responsible for your item until we receive it. We recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service. We do not accept COD shipments.
R3FORM reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the criteria set forth herein. In such instances, R3FORM will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. For multiple product orders, we kindly ask that the merchandise be returned in one consolidated package.
Price And Payment
The price of the product will be the price indicated on the website when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However please see below for what happens if we discover an error in the price of the product you order. The price of the products will be displayed in US dollars.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable, we may cancel the order and refund you for the order.
We accept payment with all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. You will be charged for the products once order is placed. All payments must be in US dollars. Cash, personal checks, money orders, and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
Online payments. While we take all appropriate and technological steps to ensure your payments are secure, we will not be responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of transacting online unless we have been negligent. As part of our routine security we may validate your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. This may include providing personal data to a credit reference agency which may keep a record of that information, and by accepting these terms you agree to this identity verification taking place. This will not be a credit check and your credit rating will be unaffected.
Afterpay. Afterpay is a third party payment service that lets you split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, paid every 2 weeks. If you checked-out using Afterpay and are having issues with payment, you can find Afterpay customer support details at https://help.afterpay.com/hc/en-us
Because we use Afterpay as one of our providers for checkout, this means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Afterpay when the checkout is loaded, in order for Afterpay to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Afterpay’s own privacy notice.
Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards can be purchased online. There are no physical cards but a customized email with a code will be sent to the recipient via email. Through our E-Gift Card platform, you can choose purchase $100, $200, $500, $1000, or a custom amount. Additionally you will be able to include a personal message. The recipient will receive an email with a code they can use at checkout. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using a discount or Afterpay.
How We May Use Your Personal Information
We will use the personal information you provide to us:
to supply the products to you;
to process your payment for the products;
to give you information about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us; and
We may share data with third parties in accordance with our privacy policy. You will have the ability to opt out of this by exiting this website.
Website Access Terms
By using our site you accept these terms. We may make changes to these terms from time to time and will notify any such changes by publishing the new terms on our website.
We may suspend or withdraw our site at anytime. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

For complaints that cannot be resolved otherwise, you may bring a claim against us arising from these terms in a court located either in England or in the jurisdiction where you live.
