These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by JG Design Creative dba R3FORM ("R3FORM", "we" or "us") whose registered office is at 417 S Hill Street, Suite 202, Los Angeles, CA 90013. By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

Who we are. We are JG Design Creative doing business as R3FORM, a company registered in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Our company registered office is at 417 S Hill Street, Suite 202, Los Angeles, CA 90013.

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
Our Contract With You
How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you our confirmation of your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will provide you with a refund for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and you will be given this information by email when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
Providing The Products
Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website when you place your order.
When we will ship the products. These details will be made available on the order confirmation page prior to submitting your order.
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control. If your shipment is delayed by an event outside our control then we will not be liable. Such events include inclement weather, holidays, and road closures prohibiting delivery due to local events.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take the delivery (and if the products cannot be left in your mailbox or left in a secure place) our nominated carrier will contact with you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
If you do not re-arrange delivery. If you do not collect the products from our nominated carrier as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from the nominated carrier's location, our nominated carrier will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite reasonable efforts, our nominated carrier is unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel the order and you will be refunded the full amount of the item purchased excluding all shipping fees.
When you become responsible for the products. Products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you provided for delivery.
Your Rights To Change Your Mind
Exercising your right to change your mind. You have 30 days after the day you receive the product(s) to change your mind and return them (unworn and unused). See below for the process for returning products.
You shall be responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions, and we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to do so.
How To Cancel an Order
Tell us you want to cancel your order. To cancel an order with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:
Email. Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
Online. Complete the Contact Us form on our website.
Returning products after cancelling the order. If you cancel your order for any reason after products have been sent to you or you have received them, you must return them to us unworn and unused in their original packaging with all labels and tags in tact. Email us at email@example.com. Once your request has been approved we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA) and you can post your products back to us at the following address:

All returned products must be accompanied by an RA which is provided to you by email from Customer Care.
Returning faulty products. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30 day right to reject faulty products and receive a refund. If you believe the products are faulty, please contact customer care first before returning them. Customer care will then provide you with return shipping. We will inspect the products and, if we confirm that they are faulty due to manufacturer defects, we will refund the price of the products to you. You may also request that we repair or replace the products (as opposed to refunding the price of the products). We will only be able to offer a repair service for products upon inspection and which are no more than 3 months old.
How we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products (excluding delivery/shipping costs), by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price if returned items are visibly worn or damaged (specifically caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop). Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all labels and tags, the dust bag and presentation box (if footwear). You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service. We do not accept COD shipments. Should that occur, the cost will be deducted from your return refund.
Price And Payment
Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product will be the price indicated on the website when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However please see below for what happens if we discover an error in the price of the product you order. The price of the products will be displayed in US dollars. For products purchased outside of the US, the amount or equivalent sales tax will be displayed separately to the product price and is payable by you. You must also pay any import or export duties, tariffs or similar costs charged as a result of your order.
What happens if we got the price wrong. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel the order, refund you any money you have paid and require the return of any products you may have received.
When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You will be charged for the products before we ship them. All payments must be in US dollars. Cash, personal checks, money orders, and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
Online payments. While we take all appropriate and technological steps to ensure your payments are secure, we will not be responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of transacting online unless we have been negligent. As part of our routine security we may validate your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. This may include providing personal data to a credit reference agency which may keep a record of that information, and by accepting these terms you agree to this identity verification taking place. This will not be a credit check and your credit rating will be unaffected.

We may suspend or withdraw our site at anytime. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms and the relationship between us shall be governed by English law, subject to your local mandatory rights. For complaints that cannot be resolved otherwise, you may bring a claim against us arising from these terms in a court located either in England or in the jurisdiction where you live.

Terms & Conditions
Merchandise Exchange Policy
Goods sold can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.
A credit can be issued (if applicable) and is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
No refund or exchange will be entertained without a Return Authorization Number (RA) or if it is beyond the 30 day return time frame.
Refunds and exchanges will only be entertained within 30 days from date of purchase.
Each item purchased can be exchanged once.
Items that are damaged or used cannot be exchanged (we deserve the right to objectively determine whether the goods have been damaged or used).
No exchange will be accepted for goods purchased during sales period.
Sale items are considered final sale.
Repair is available only for handbags that are no more than 3 months old. Handbags will be repaired free of charge if the repair is deemed a manufacuring fault of R3FORM. All other repairs will be assessed and if repairable, will be chargeable.
All handbags are to be returned to R3FORM and repairs usually take approximately 6-8 weeks but may take longer.
We are unable to repair problems caused by everyday wear and tear.
Handbag repair is a courtesy R3FORM extends to its customers because we are passionate and guarantee the craftsmanship of our products, however we reserve the right to deny repair for any items.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, R3FORM uses a secure online payment system.
We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data. Click on the padlock at the top of your browser, to find more information on the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in a secure mode.
